Communication, communication, communication. For twenty one years we have served the Atlanta Georgia area. We specialize in both commercial and residential with an emphasis in executive homes.
The client is always in control of the project. For example, we changed the colors for our current client some thirteen times and it's still a fluid situation. We walk the client through all aspects of performed tasks to make sure at the end of project the client is wholly satisfied and pleased before final payment.
I have been trained in customer service most of my life from Walt Disney World to managing a company to now; this is a value add I bring to my clients and is appreciated by them and as a result we get referrals.
Our work is completely professional from assisting the client with paint choices to selecting materials to be used.

What do you enjoy about your work?
I truly enjoy the look on the faces of my clients when the project is completed. There is a sense of total satisfaction I feel after project completion. In my line of work there is gratification after an intense week or more of work. There isn't a need to wait a long period of time for the client to experience euphoria. They often stand at a distance and stare in amazement. I enjoy the interaction with people I love people and enjoy helping in any way I can. Sometimes things are needed that I can't do so I refer the to other companies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Walk-through with customer to ascertain the length and breath of the project. Ask questions as needed to get a better understanding of their needs and concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am truly customer service oriented. I began my working career by working at Walt Disney World. Customer service is a focus of mine and has been ever since. If a customer can't see that you consider them as important then they will move on to the competition. Loss for us.
How did you get started in this business?
Going door to door passing out business cards and speaking to perspective clients about my endeavor.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have two former U.S. Senators as clients as well as owners of prosperous businesses both local and national.
